Co-production with Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society

A Trickster poses the question of whether friendship can exist between two girls who don’t understand the shared history between their cultures. In telling the story of southern Alberta’s history and the Making of Treaty 7, the play touches on the whiskey trade and residential schools. Told with song, prayer, creative movement and puppets, the play’s intent is to promote healing through inspiring stories that educate, entertain and forge relationships across cultures and generations.

Best for grades 3 and up.
