WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
In-person at the Festival Site.
Online through the Tickets page.
CAN I GET TICKETS I PURCHASED ONLINE AT THE GATE?
No, tickets will not be sent to the venue. Please show email or printed proof of online purchase.
WHO REQUIRES A TICKET?
Children under the age of 2 are free. Tickets for anyone 2 years of age and over are $10.00 each.
CAN MY OLDER KID ATTEND WITHOUT AN ADULT?
All children must be accompanied by an adult while on site.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TICKETS FOR ANOTHER DAY?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. That being said, your tickets can be used for any day of the Festival!
WHAT IF I WANT TO PURCHASE TICKETS AND GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets are transferable.
I HAVE LOST/NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED WITH THE CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL?
Please feel free to follow us on social media (handles can be found at the bottom of our website), and/or sign-up to our newsletter.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
The festival site is located in Kinsmen Park, Saskatoon. Parking behind the YWCA is very limited due to ongoing construction. Parking is located throughout the surrounding area—please follow City of Saskatoon parking regulations.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEO?
Personal cameras are welcome, but professional cameras are not. All press and professional photographers on site must be identified by our Marketing and Communications Coodinator and have a media pass. Please email communications@childrensfestsk.ca for more information.
IS THE FESTIVAL CANCELLED FOR RAIN?
No, the Festival is not cancelled for rain.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE SCHEDULE/PROGRAM?

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes! There will be onsite lost and found. Lost and found items will be in our office for 30 days after the festival. Please email lostandfound@childrensfestsk.ca to arrange pick-up.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED?
No.
ARE DOGS PERMITTED ON THE FESTIVAL PREMISES?
Only licensed therapy animals are permitted.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?
Anything you feel would make you more comfortable at an outdoor event - lawn chairs, blanket, sunscreen, cell phone, cash/debit/credit cards, bug spray, rain coats/rain boots, water bottle, etc. We do discourage people bringing balloons, glitter, and the like however. Fireworks and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
You sure can! And please don't forget your refillable water bottle!
IS FOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE?
Yes! There are food and beverage vendors that take all forms of payment.
ARE THERE WASHROOMS ON SITE?
There are portable washrooms on site as well as a designated breastfeeding area. There are plenty of handwashing stations as well!
IS THE FESTIVAL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, the festival grounds are wheelchair accessible!
IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?
Yes! There is an ATM on site, located near the food trucks. We’d still encourage you to bring cash but most of the food vendors accept card.
